How do you change the quest markers in Lord of the rings online?
You know the purplish ring that tells you where to go? How do you change which quest it is leading you on?
And by the way why do the maps contain nearly zero info about the area?

Open your map, at the bottom you will see a listing of those quests that are marked, unclick the ones you don't want to have leads on. You can also do so via your quest log, if you open it up, you'll see that one of the options reads "remove from tracker".
You will not see any info on any area in your map until you've actually been around the area, and uncover new-to-your-character territory.
