Does Houston, Texas have a company that provides the service of picking you up and driving you home in your own car? Usually after having a few too many pints.

No. Sounds like a good idea but Houston doesn't have anything like that.

No such thing, as who ever drives your car must be insured to drive it. All bars/clubs will call a cab for you if you are inebriated so you can get home, if you are going out don't drink or at least have a designated driver if you do. A cab fare is way cheaper than a DWI.
