can i load my xbox live gamertag on my friends xbox?

i'm not worried about losing saved data since i'll be online. but my question is will my 'online stats' be saved when i recover my gamertag back home?

Update:

with me recovering my gamertag on my friends xbox.. will he lose his profile?

will he have to recover his gamertag on his xbox once im done?

    yeah just recover it, ull need ur email address and password and it should take bout 3-5 minutes for it to recover.. Go to my xbox.. and click on the slide that has an avatar and then click recover

    any online stats will stay when you recover your gamertag on your xbox. no your friend won't lose his profile. and yes he will have to recover his gamertag once your done.
