Food for laxative effect in pregnancy?
Pregnant (36 weeks) and haven't poo'd for 4 days :-/ I need to know if there is something I can eat or drink to get things moving again! Please don't say prunes or prune juice!

Anything thats high in fiber or a one time fleets enema is safe too!

I find that eating celery everyday helps, it's great for your colon. Plus make sure you drink a lot of water it helps move things along.
