Feels like a high school crush...?

So there is a guy I work with...He is absoutley adorriable and every time I'm around him, I get butterflies in my stomach...It feels like a high school crush all over again which is driving me absoutley insane. He is kinda touchy feely with me, like putting his arm around me and stuff like that. We flirt a lot. I'm just so confused because #1 he is very out of my leauge and #2 i don't know if he's just like naturally flirty....are there like any sure fire ways to tell? I really like him and it's driving me crazy I just need to at least know....wether it's a yes or a no, just knowing will make me feel so much better...I'm so confused

@hannah i've never seen him flirt at all with the other co workers or any of the customers either but it's still like really confusing.....because maybe he does just not around me....If I just met him somewhere I'd totally ask him out, but we work together so if i get rejected it's like i'd have to see him all the time....and he's too cute for me so it makes it even harder
