1. D - Since you do not sample all the population, you're liable to receive a result which deviates from the average percentage. The more vehicles you sample, the more it is likely your sample data will be closer to the average.
2. B - A is less likely because the sample size is bigger, therefore, the sample data is more likely to be more similar to the average population data than that of a smaller sized sample.
