What's the best brand of hair bleach to buy?

I'm bleaching my hair from medium brown, to blonde. (platinum or pale, one of the two.)

I have no idea what BRAND of bleach to buy, so what works best?

Price isnt MUCH of an issue, but i'd prefer it be affordable.

Also is there any certain brands of toners that you recommend?

Or any advice in general?

Also please dont recommend box dyes (unless there is one that you know works REALLY well) , tell me not to do it or tell me to go to a salon.

Update:

Dont answer saying stupid things please;

Be mature with your answers.

    one element I might desire to aid you be attentive to is there are stages of bleaching. Dont get a cream thats too reliable persist with 30. then think ofyou've have been given to do it two times. After that it rather is going to be an unnatural yellow colour. you may desire to tone it. There are toners..which you combine with cream. and additionally then you definitely "dye" it an exceedingly final time with that to get the needed result. evade ash colored something that provides a green tone, in case you have a organic reddish tone on your brown hair get a toner that has that. in case you want easy brown, identity bleach it as quickly as then dye it the needed colour. yet once you want the blonde hair you bleah it then tone it, the toner is almost translucent it imparts a organic tone to the in any different case bright yellow hair that effects from stripping the colour.
