unable to open or download some e-mails?
just received an e-mail with holiday confirmation invoice, and i am unable to open to check my booking...same happens with some funny and picture e-mails from friends...anyone out there who has the answer to my problem.? any help will get the 10 points..thanks..

will have to send to a friend who can print it for me...

Check the file extension..if you right click the file and click properties the extension is at the end of the Type of file.Under the Type of file it will say Opens with....this is the program that created it, and you need to open it. If other e-mails you receive open ok, then it is most probably that you don't have a program on your computer to open the files.....like microsoft office excel files have a file extension of .xlsx if you were sent one and didn't have Office on your computer you wouldn't be able to open it.
