what to do get rid of snoring? any medicine or exercise?
I snore a lot while sleeping. My family members are irritated because of this. And I don't understand what to do. I am 28 years old.

Do kapalbhati Pranamaya daily on empty stomach in morning for minimum 5 minutes.

The reason that you produce these sounds is that you have tissue in your throat vibrating. When the vibration gets more intense than usual, it will start to make sounds. There are specific things that happen when you go to sleep that lead to this problem that don't normally happen while you're awake. The first is that your tongue tends to fall closer back to the throat. The other thing is that your jaw becomes unsupported by the muscles. It is these two things that lead to the sounds.
If you want to control snoring problems, you have to control these variables. It's difficult to control the position of your tongue, but the jaw is relatively simple. All you need is a jaw supporter. This is a relatively simple device that holds the jaw up and completely solves the problem.

Did you try breath right nose strips those work on some people. Other than that if you want you can go to the doctor and they can perscribe you medicine that will open up your sinuses so it helps with the snoring.

i agree wid prachi.
my uncle also had same problem.his yoga teacher advised him kapalbhati.
he did it everyday.and in less than 1 month his problem was solved.
he did not take any medicines.only this pranayama.
