There are already 512Gb SD cards around so it won't be long before someone sticks a USB connector on the end of one. They are not cheap though - around $1,000
I did find a 1Tb USB Flash drive but I somehow don't trust the advert - http://www.dhgate.com/usb-flash-drive-usb-data-tra... - especially as they say they are only $26 each.

I think the current maximum is 128 GB.
