I am going through hard time from past 1 year and things have turned pretty rough lately. I'm not having thoughts of suicide and all. I know this isn't the place to ask for friend but people here do know that we seek help.

It's about break up, job, living and all emotional problems.

Anyone will do just fine, I just need someone whom I can share my problems with. I don't need you to give me solutions, all I want someone to hear me, be with me in my needy times, be my friend so I don't feel alone. :'(

Please help me... I promise to keep it safe. :(

I can not provide all details. I tried to write it down for more than 18 times so far from past 10 hours but couldn't explain.

I loved a girl online for 7 years and never was able to meet her. She loved me for 2 years, and 2 year after that she was confused whether to love me or not and then she broke up before 3 years. From that day till 12 Sep 2016 I tried to make it work but she never returned to my life. On 12th Sep she told me not to contact her anymore as she is getting married and my whole situation got fueled and my world is on fire right now.

I can't not make anyone explain what has happened. I even don't know myself why it can not work. I am not a bad guy, I never cheated. I don't have any girl in my life and from 3 years I tried everything I can to make it right and make it work. But by the time she left, she was completely different girl, a bad one.

As I can't save it, as I can't move on or love any other girl, as I am not over her and as I am completely alone in terms of love and friend. I just don't know what to do anymore or to deal the fact that she will be someone else's wife and I will never have her.

I am blank... I don't feel... I am not crying, nor sad, nor happy or angry... I feel like I am dead inside... All I can think of is a miracle which will make things right between us. What am I supposed to do?

Okay so I am team lead and I created my team from scratch. I hired employees who were from my town/college but I personally didn't knew them. HR was no where in this process.

I trained them, guided them and they worked with me for 1 year but during this process they took many leaves, there was no leave policy introduced for 4 months. Everyone was allowed for 1.5 days leave per month and extra days used to be deducted from salary.

Later leave policy was introduced but no one seemed to follow. My HR was unable to look into this matter. Upon my complaining my boss and HR expected me to manage this. Now after so many months, after getting habitual to no leave policy my team mates were rejecting to adjust with policy and they started taking intentional uninformed leaves.

Now 2 employees resigned as I declined to accept their leaves.

How should I control this and bring discipline... Is it my job or HR and owners job to control their leaves and find replacement?

I have windows 8.1 fully updated till date. When i try to create second user account it gets corrupted. i don't know how it is getting corrupt as whenever i try to create a new user account at that time only the user account is created and i can't see any icon nor i can access any control panel item.

It's just text no icons everywhere.

I am trying to download 14 GB link using utorrent and when my download starts my whole laptop freezes. It is showing Disk cache overload 100% at the bottom of utorrent, my download speed is about 7 MB/s averagely. What should i do ??

Before few months ago I disabled my facebook account but I am receiving emails about login notification. This happened more than 5 times in last 2 months. This emails are sent when some one inputs wrong password. But as I have disabled my account and I am not trying to login ever since then why I am getting such mails ?

I am 21 years old guy and i m having troubles to get adjusted to new enviornmet.. I have moved to another state for study and its been 25 days m in this new town. Its my first ever try to live alone out of my town. I m missing my all family members n m not able to bear the pain of being away from them, specially from my friend who live a long distance from me now :(

I m starting to feel fear n really i m lot tensed, i m also not able to meet them till 6 months n calling them on phone or net makes me sad more n i start to miss them more... Specially my friend :'(

What should i do? :'( i want to be with my friend n family...

No matter whether they are of graphics card or not

But the game should be good in 2D graphics as well as gameplay :D

I was just finding Crysis game on net and i found that there were 4 information post on single site (like gamespot).

I said that there are 4 crysis parts

1. Crysis (6.2 GB Size)

2. Crysis Wars (7 GB Size)

3. Crysis Warhead (5.4 GB Size)

4. Crysis 2 (7.6 GB Size)

I had only 2 Crysis editions before and this latest Crysis 2

So whats the difference ? Is all previous 3 Crysis (All 3 before Crysis 2 )are completly different in gameplay and story ?

Or there are only Crysis Wars ,Crysis warhead and Crysis 2 ??

I am planning to buy Nvidia GTX 550 Ti

I wanna play any game maxed out at 1440 x 900 only and my power supply is low 450 W but i think GTX 550 Ti needs only 400 W minimum :)

What you think,is this Nvidia GTX 550 Ti is best suitable in aspects of price,performance and quality ? for my resolution and maxed out settings ?

Please give comparative answers like by providing reviews, benchmarks (This is most important) or performance tests :)

I am playing it on normal resolution of 1440 x 900 only.

I have choosen these cards

Nvidia GTX 550 Ti

Nvidia GTS 450

and

ATI HD 5770

My power supply is 450 W

And important i don't want any upgrade rather than my graphics card.Just want maxed out graphics setting at 1440 x 900 at playable fps of about 50+

Please give comparative help,other optional NVIDIA cards are preferred :)
