I feel bad for missing school?

Hey everyone

I have a very important college interview tomorrow, so I have to miss school. So far, I've missed 10 days of school and I feel SO bad =( Is that REALLY bad? The worse thing is I remember only being ill for 5 of those days, but the rest I actually can't remember. My predicted grades are 5A*'s, 5A's and 3B's, if that helps. I feel really really bad, coz it's gonna be 11 days now out of the whole of year 11. Thank you.

In my opinion, the interview more important so don't fell bad about a school!!!

In my high school, you can miss 9 unexcused days of school for each semester. 

So, say you missed 5 days and you had a doctor's note for those days and then you skipped 6 days of school, this would signal your credit for the courses you were taking to go into review. However, since you had an official excuse for those 5 "sick" days, you would most likely be granted credit for your classes. 

When, you get reviewed, they also look at things like past performance. 

BEWARE: This is information for my school district and it might not be the same for yours. A good rule though is don't miss more than 10% of the days for each semester (2 quarters) which would probably be around 9 days anyway.

y'd u miss the other extra 5 days then with out feeling bad like this. this is a legit excuse and the 5 sick ones were, and the other 5 ones had no excuse, you should have felt bad then, not now. this is a good reason to miss. those other days were the issue.

I've missed 21 days of school in the past couple of months. Don't feel bad...lmao...If its excused you should be fine.
