CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME WITH THE K-1 FIANCE VISA !!!!!HELP!!!!!!?
HELLO, im stuck in a situation here. i met my fiance in south Korea 2 years ago we have been dating ever since right now she is 3 weeks pregnant and she is a Russian student in Seoul i reside in nyc. now my question is this? once i file my k1 application does she have to go back to Russia for an interview or can she do it from south Korea? they do have a Russian embassy there in south Korea ,also she been studying in south Korea for more than 6 years now but is not a resident there... i tried looking/and calling and they cannot provide me with the information i am looking for in the U.S or Korea. they just keep giving me the run around on internet services which i am really tired of searching and of automated phone calls.. can somebody please help me..im sure somebody out there has been in this situation. thanks for your time..

well, where are you at the moment? do you live in Korea or not? If you're in Korea, and considering she's 3 weeks pregnant, that seems a possibility, and you actually reside in Korea, you could marry there and file at the USCIS office at the embassy. or, if you're not resident there, you could file back in the US. as long as she can remain in Korea, she can be interviewed there. but, your only chance of getting her a visa before the baby is born would be to have the petition processed and have her interviewed in Seoul.

if she is in Korea with full legal rights to be there ..they will interview her there ...
will she return home to have the baby ...
