How do i get myself to like a food/drink i don't like?

For lent I'm going to try to get myself to like 5 foods/drinks i don't like

Gum

Ranch Dressing

Corn

Salmon

and Iced Tea

Crazy Right? PLEASE give me suggestions

    Mix them in with things you do like to mask the taste. Or just try small amounts at a time. Dont go at them full force. you will just hate them more. For the gum, eat a blow pop. The dressing, put inside a tortilla with fried chicken and some lettuce and cheese like a wrap. For corn, put inside enchiladas. With the salmon make a spicy sauce. Make sweet tea for the iced tea or a tropical flavor tea.

    I thought the point of Lent was to sacrifice something, not eat more.

    Just try them in little bites or different recipes. I don't know you would *want* to like gum or ranch or iced tea in the first place. They aren't healthy for you, you don't get any real benefit from eating them

    Corn and salmon are at least healthy for you, I can see trying to like them. I'd try like corn fritters drizzled with honey, or cheddar and jalapeno corn bread. work your way up. I'm not a huge fan of salmon but I know its good for me so I broiled it after marinating it in a maple syrup marinade. I thought the sweetness cut through the fishiness enough and the charred parts were especially good.

    put ranch on your salmon with a side of corn while drinking iced tea and for dessert eat gum.

    for ranch try it with pizza rolls

    iced tea put sugar lol

    corn get someone that knows how to cook it cuz it taste bad cooked by some people

    salmon idk

    gum get a ood flavor and buy alot cuz it looses its flavor after a wile

    I LOVE ALL OF THOSE THINGS!!

    but just keep forcing yourself to eat them, then soon enough u will like them
