I don't understand the question.

Why will there be 113 obituaries for ten deceased?

and 167 people will be at each funeral, or 167 people altogether, divided up between the ten?

In my home town of about eight hundred people, 167 people is a mighty small number of mourners, but I imagine most all of them show up for most all the funerals.

And the fifty thousand average is a bit much, don't you think? Ten to twenty ought to be enough for anybody.
