KKK
Members of the Ku Klux Klan wear white hooded robes to conceal their identity.
They are also into white supremacy, so it's about skin color too.
Also in Islam, hajji's wear all white while performing ritual Hajj.

In some Buddhist tradition, white is the color of death. Samurai would traditionally secure their armor with a white obi (Japanese cloth belt) which was to signify their preparedness for death. I think in Christian tradition it is the color of purity. I've seen christian baptisms and the people all seem to wear white....also I guess the white wedding dress probably has some religious derivation.

in religions white symbolizes purity.
Some religious groups do use this and it is also commonly used as a bridal gown to supposedly signify purity (virgin).
It is also used at funerals where white doves are released.
In the biblical book of the revelation it is used to symbolize purity.
