burning the lining of the nose?

my mum had the lining of her nose burnt away to help with allergies and to open the nasal passages. her eyes are now puffy and the sides of the nose are swollen, is this right??

she had it done 14th feb

    You do not say how long ago your mum had this procedure, recovery could take a few days to several weeks, depending on the severity of the burning.
