Your in luck mate i had this problem now you want to on your computer and theirs two ways you can do this one is to log in and go to start and if you have a search button in start search system restore click it and set a restore date that was before the virus happened for example-virus at 2/8/11 go to 2/7/11 k.Ok now once the restore is finished you should have restarted now internet should be working and the virus asking for your card number should be deactivated but its still in your system so download anti malware
http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware...
and then click the stop virus thingy.

Uhm, best bet would be to run any antivirus (AVG Free or Avast Free), then install it and after that run in Safe Mode and do a scan. Easiest way to get into Safe Mode is by pulling the plug out your PC, then when you start again you'll get a black screen that gives you options like: Safe Mode <<<--- Start this one! Safe mode with Command Prompt Safe mode with Networking Start windows Normally.

I think you have a Trojan virus on your computer. I usually use Malwarebytes antimalware and Hitman Pro to remove such infections. Both programs are free and safe.
