Should the Wisconsin Governor, Fire the Teacher Trouble Makers, and hire replacements to support our children?

President Reagan Fired Air Traffic Controllers who were stopping the flow of Air Traffic with their sick, sick out back in the 1980's. Replacements were hired and a new generation of Air Traffic Controllers went to work. It is time for Wisconsin to toss out the old Democrat Mob, and hire a new generation of Wisconsin Teachers, who will make a better Wisconsin for generations to come.

Update:

I received my BA at an overseas School in Japan and that was no BS. Fire the Trouble Makers now, then they can man the Dairy Farms and the Packer Locker Rooms for some NFL wet towel hanky panky. Since they have proven to me, that is what they are culpable of.

Every single teacher who wasn't there when the bell rang trying to teach class should be fired. They have no right to do this and their standing to even argue is weak as it is.

Gov. Scott platformed his campaign off of this, it was by no means a secret agenda that people didn't know of. He also won as he apparently is now the Governor thus meaning this is NOT the republican will but the will of the people.

Big big difference when a politician says what they are going to do, win off of saying that, and then do it... and those who hide their agenda behind twisted words and lies and then try and shove things down peoples throats.

So then Obama could be "long previous after" for ethics violations (albeit i do no longer see how he can violate something he would not have) for exempting unions and particular employer from his wellbeing care crap. Goose and Gander. instructors in Wi. make close to to ninety grand a 300 and sixty 5 days. of course there's a instructor someplace that did no longer do a stable job. now ask urself why only the teachers properly heres why via fact there extra democratic and the different unions who're payed by using tax payers are extra republican an voted for him.

There was a Budget Surplus in Wi until the new GOP gov cut taxes.

Suddenly there was a budget deficit that needed to be filled by cutting the pay of, and busting the unions of all state workers.

...except the 3 unions that supported the governor in his election bid.

I would say no, but it is funny how public unions want to keep the same benefits that caused the automotive industry to almost collapse. So what do these people want to do cause the State and Federal Government to collapse?

Any teacher who called in sick should be required to provide a doctors note. If they can't provide one, at minimum, that teacher should be suspended. Worst case fired (that's up to the district's superintendent). That is what would be required at many regular, non-union jobs.

The people who are truly suffering by these selfish actions are the children.

Yes indeed. Every one of those protesters being payed by the public and "called in sick" should be fired for fraud at the very minimum.

You see, they used "sick days", and still managed to get themselves paid while they shut the city down.

If they do not want to do the work, I am sure there are a lot of people who do.

EDIT: In response to "Got to love it when Americans want other Americans to make less."

When Americans are the ones forced to pay them, and they are not doing a good job, and they have unreasonable expenses (health care for life after 1 year of teaching?!), damned right they should be making less. We Americans generally like to get bang for our buck (at least those of us that actually produce).

Where does he get this magical crop of teachers to replace the real teachers who have experience?

Will he use army troops like Reagan? Apparently you favored Reagan's use of government troops to replace independent contractors. Does this mean you favor government regulation over privatization?

Or will it be the stock Republican answer? "You don't need a degree to teach,", "My grandpa went to school in a one room school house and the teacher only had a high school degree." or the ever popular charter school approach of just popping in a video tape? Oh wait, there is also the Republican solution of hiring overseas teachers to undercut Americans.

No. The teachers are not federal employees.
