How much energy is consumed by the world ever day?

I mean electrical energy/energy used in transport. Not food or natural energy consumption.

    On the Kardashev scale, we're not even up to 1.

    And what do you mean "transport"? Does the work done by trees to suck up water count? Only human activity? What do you define as "natural energy consumption"?
