It means being accountable which they're not interested in. They aren't ready to own up to the problem or change it.

because the drugs become their life. If u r in that situation, it's best u get out.

they want drugs, thats why.
its important to look at EXACTLY what he or she will and won't do to get the drugs.
then work with that if you like to manipulate people to help them, otherwise leave them alone, to drink coffe and beer or weed or whatever.

because it their minds its not wrong. the drug just takes over. if this is your bf/fiance/husband i would say you need to leave them. as hard is it may be. unless he gets the help he needs (rehab) its just not going to change. good luck to you.
