Is there anything going on at the river market in Seattle in the daytime?
Going to have only 1 day in Seattle. Want to go to the river market. Is it mostly a night time place to visit or can I see some things in the morning or afternoon?

The River Market is a location in Little Rock or Kansas City, not Seattle.
What are you looking for? Pike Place Market is open during the day and if you only have one day I'd make a point of going there. But it's a market - fruits and vegetables, meats and seafood, fresh flowers and lots of handmade crafts. These stores shut down around 6 PM daily.

There is no river market in Seattle, but there is the famous Pike Place Market. http://www.squidoo.com/Seattle-Pike-Place-Market Although there are restaurants, bars and a theater in the Pike Place Market area that are open at night, the market itself closes at 6pm, so it is definitely a better place to go during the day to see everything.
