do you think weed should be legalized?

Legalized? I clicked on this question with a firm answer, and now I am not sure. When it comes to me...It is a stress reliever. I have tremendous stress build up, and am 98% ***** most of the day. I dont choose to be like that I just am. When I smoke I am more pleasurable. I'm baking cookies, buying gifts, cleaning the house. Doing all sorts of crazy sick plesentville sh*t lol. I also have friends that have had bad reactions to weed. If legalized it should have its own set of laws. That is a whole different question.

YEEESS ... weed can be the answer to all our problems... for example we can save millions of dollars arresting ppl for minor weed posetions ... there's also another reason that most ppl don't view correctly. like "alcohol and cigs are legal and cigs cause WAYYY more deaths than weed I'm talking 1OO to 1. and that alcohol is a drug as well. but that's like saying weed is legalized so let's legalize cocaine :P.. doesn't sound smart right ? BUT if you view it as in mostlikely if weed is legalize alcohol abuse and cigg smoking will go down .. and the only reason most ppl want weed to be legalized is to have more freedom ! they want it to be a personal choice a choice and freedom that the gov is taking away from us .. ever tell a child they can't have ice cream b4 going to bed ..after a while it doesn't feel as cool as you thought so u get bord of it .. that's exactly how I feel about weed

YESS!! its not a bad drug & all this bs about it being a gate-way drug is just stupid..i smoked cigarettes before i even thought about trying weed & cigs are soo much eaiser to get a hold of..the only bad thing to weed getting legalized is that if machenies & factorys make it, the quality will go down..but i dont think it should be illegal(:

I think we should definitely legalize it. I saw a guy at the '08 inauguration with a sign that said "legalizing marijuana will stimulate the economy". And i wouldn't doubt that it would. And plus: using weed is part for the fun and partly b/c it's wrong and rebellious.

People are already doing it. They do a lot of things, that's no reason to legalize it.

Its not harmful like alcohol and cigarettes. Yes, it is. There is no way inhaling the smoke of burning plant material isn't harmful to the lining of your lungs. It's just chemistry.

Yes. It should also be available by prescription and dispensed only through a licensed pharmacy. This would pretty much end most of the drug cartel and the use of the drug would be supervised. There would be fewer accidents due to misuse (or misunderstood use).

Yes. I believe prohibition of marijuana causes more harm than the drug.
