where can you buy a geiger counter in real life (not online)?

like what types of stores? military surplus? electronics stores? walmart?

    Flea markets and Hamfests. I have occasionally seen a few at antique stores, but that is very rare, and they usually want a lot of money for them.

    The best bet is eBay.
