No to the Securiton, but you can get a robot (cyborg dog or modified Enclave Eye-Bot) and a human/humanoid (super mutant or a ghoul for the humanoids) to follow you at the same time. They are scattered around the world and each of them grant you a perk as long as they are part of your party.
