On cheat days.. do you even out your cheat or eat a little more then normal?

I'm an athlete and stick to a VERY healthy diet. egg whites, oatmeal, fruits, 100% whole wheat bread, low fat yogurt, turkey fish and chicken, protein bars.. and lately iv'e been depriving myself. So the last 2 sundays i had cheat days where i ate some cookies and things iv'e always loved. It feels like it makes me diet and work hard more during the week. But on the cheat days.. do you even it out in your calorie range and eat it in portions? or eat more then you normally do? Iv'e heard so many different things.

    you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average until you get down to your natural weight.

    1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.

    (btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)

    If you are so strict during the week what you should do is once a week just not watch or care what you eat... to a certain extent lol

    Gives you something to look forward to and it does make you work harder!
