He is looking at houses in Caribbean Estates in St. Catherine. Is this a nice place to live? Any suggestions on other gated communities in the St. Catherine or St. Andrew area? Any helpful suggestions are much appreciated.

I feel like an angel answering this, I am from Jamaica myself. My dad who I guess you can say in a real-estate mogul brought around 4 homes in gated communities after I spent like 5 months going through them
Completely different thing when we got to Jamaica, a lot of them were crappy, too small, ugh.
But anyway, let's just say 3 of the homes were at Caribbean Estates. Beautiful place, I loved it..and me and my little sister loved it. Very safe, and friendly people. Plus I love the themes of all the carribean islands.
