i dont think she will be 5'7 since she is already 16 and is still 5'3

it's different for everyone, but she's probably not going to reach 5,7.

I grew about an inch after I was 16, but my cousin stopped growing at about 14.

One way to tell would be for her to ask older female relatives when they stopped growing, if her family are all short, then she probably will be. But they had late growth spurts, then she has a chance.

    I kept growing till I was 22

It's all genetic ! She should wait till 18' to find out !

the likelihood is that after 16 she's about as tall as she's ever going to be.

I think she has probably stopped growing by now

    she may, or may not.

she CAN still grow (even if it's just a couple more inches) but then she may not. it all depends on your mom and dad + genetics.
