    Like all Engineers, Doctors, Lawyers etc. are NOT Government servants, same way all the Architects also are NOT Government Servants. Many work as Private Entrepreneurs, Practitioners, Consultants or Designers.

    Don't understand your query. Do yo know about an Architect's profession? Since when the Government has made Architects a Government Servant?
