1. Plug it into your computer (you'll need to buy a card reader or use a laptop that has the right slot for the memory card).
2. Make sure you can see the memory card on your computer, if you can't you might need to download drivers for your card reader/laptop.
3. Download CCleaner. http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download
4. Click Tools then Drive Wiper
5. Tick the box next to the memory card drive.
6. In the "Wipe" box, select Entire Drive.
7. Select the level of security. Not sure what the difference is, but the highest one should make it impossible to get back the data.
8. Click Wipe.
