Because atheism isn't the denial of religion, it's the lack of belief in a higher power/god.

Please get your facts straight before posting.

Atheism isn't the denial of religion, genius. Religion clearly exists. Denying it would be like denying evolution, just silly.

It's just a lack of belief in the claimed gods of religions. Mainly because there's no evidence to show there's any such thing.

    Peace.

Although they deny religion they actually know the scriptures

better than the believers. And because deep down they just

love this section . If you watch carefully about 70%-80% here

are Atheists you got to love em

    Peace

"... when Atheism is the Denial of Religion?" Wrong again! Atheism is a lack of belief in "gods". Religion is real, whether you deny it or not.

Atheism is actually a lack of belief in a deity.

Because the R&S has an active group of atheists who post here regularly

They draw us in with stupid, condescending questions, then complain that we're here.

    It's a win-win.

And yes, technically Jessi is correct, Atheism is the lack of belief in god(s)

Irreligiousness is the disbelief in religion(s)

Because they lurk here and answer more frequently than christians so this is pretty much the atheistic section.

Atheism is a religion, because they put their faith in no God, and they are the most dogmatic of all religions
