Questions about paraguard IUD?
My boyfriend and I were talkin tonight about our plans for the near future, which possibly includes marriage and another child between my schooling at one college and starting OSU. We were talkiin about my Paraguard, and he commented that he can feel the paraguard while having sex and he can feel the strings to the paraguard. Is he supposed to be able to feel the paraguard and a good lenght of strings while having sex? I know they trim the strings to just long enough that you can feel them, but long enough for him to be able to feel them during sex???

If he feels the actual paragard then chances are it moved and you could get pregnant. If he can just feel the strings then they need to be cut shorter. He's not supposed to feel them. Either way you need to make an appointment to get the strings cut or get your paragard checked
