Can I file a lawsuit if....?
The hospital took x-rays of me while I was pregnant? They ask was I pregnant at the time of the x-rays, and I responded I didn't know because I was breast feeding and my periods are irregular. Anyway, they took a pregnancy test and they said I wasn't pregnant. But if I was pregnant at the time of the x-ray, should I be compensated if my baby has birth defects?
Ok, but lets assume that they misread the test, or they lied, or their pregnancy test DID NOT read positive. The fact is, my doctor's office is saying that my conception date was before they took the x ray. Thats why I'm asking.
OMG you people are stupid. NEVER MIND. I don't know why someone would lie. But for that matter I don't know why someone would murder somebody or rape somebody or join a gang, or J walk. No one has actually answered my question and everybody is acting like hospitals don't make mistakes. I will ask an attorney. Thanks anyway. You can choose amongst yourselves which one of you morons get best answer.
