New Mexico.
Why? It's a nice state, no pro team, consistent weather (in parts.....just like Arizona). The only reason not to go there is money.
I would like to see it in New Mexico. But the teams wouldn't.

Sorry, the two states have already been chosen and are the two best for weather conditions and facilities. Recently several original Florida based teams have migrated to Arizona for new facilities.
Hawaii would not attract enough fans and teams travel expense would be exorbitant. Las Vegas, while not a state, is still too cold at this time of year. Then there's North Dakota - watch the movie "Fargo" again.

Yeah I think they should.. it's good sportsmanship, but I doubt it will ever happen. Since MLB is a job instead of a hobby, like baseball is to most of us, the players take every game seriously. After a loss, they are probably not in the best mood to go and congratulate the other team. Could you see the Phillies high-fiving the Yanks after they lost the World Series? They wouldn't be too happy.

My initial thought was southern Nevada, but it really is too cold this time of year. So south Texas would work. San Antonio to Austin wouldn't be too much commuting by bus. Along that I35 corridor they might already have enough facilities.

back in the times of Ruth they had barnstorming where the players would travel to differnt cities across the states so the folks can see them play .
I would like to see that happen again. Where the best of the best would travel to places like North Dakota, Montana, Etc places where there is no baseball.
