If a write-in candidate wins a state in a presidential election, who is his/her electors?

Let's say Bob Smith is not on the ballot, yet he wins the popular vote of Wyoming. Do the 3 electoral votes automatically go to him? I have often wondered this

    They would but there is no law saying the electoral college has to give them to him.

    Go to him, yes unless there is something really fishy not automatically though
