Is it possible to get a Drivers License in the States and in a US territory?

I got my DL in Georgia but it got suspended for DUI.. Im now in Guam is it possible to get another DL here?

    Not legally. They'd ask if your license is suspended anywhere in the US. You'd be committing perjury if you said it isn't. Will they find out right away? I honestly can't say. Just realize that you will get in big trouble when they DO find out though, and your suspension will be extended(unless it is already a lifetime suspension).
