Mtg Question Death's Shadow-negative life?

ok so lets say I have platinum angel out and my opponent uses an infinite damage combo to bring me to -99999999.....etc so if I were to play death's shadow would it be a 13/13 or would it be a huge number/a huge number?

You cannot have infinite in magic, it is not a number, when your opponent makes you lose life he must declare an amount. You can however have a very very large Death's Shadow in play if you are at negative life. http://magiccards.info/query?q=death%27s+shadow&v=...

    Straight from Gatherer:

If your life total is less than 0 and an effect (such as the one from an opponent's Abyssal Persecutor) is keeping you from losing the game, Death's Shadow's ability will actually increase its power and toughness. For example, if your life total is -2, Death's Shadow gets +2/+2.

it would be a 1/1 , ................your life total would still reduce to 1 , but not any lower
