Trying to help a young girl in our neighborhood i bought her a car to go to work?

I trusted her to put it in her name so she could get her own insurance. She gave the car to her boyfriend and now it is titled in his name and she still owes me $2300.00. Now they have broken up and he says she owes me not him. Is there anything I can do?

Unless you've got some kind of written contract with her, you've just lost a car and $2300.00.

Did u write a bill of sale or did u just hand her the title? Either way you are required at least in my state to write out a bill of sale even if you do give the car as a gift. Try going to small claims court. Then hit that b*tch with a bottle. Its bad how you can't help anyone without getting screwed.

    You could sue her.

It may, or may not, be worth your time/money.
