Did/Does Bob Dylan have a speech problem?

I have heard that Bob Dylan has a speech problem. That he stammers a lot and used to have a slight lisp. I also heard he had other speech problems. Is that true?

    No. Any YouTube video interview could help you out, here. He often pauses or stumbles on his words in interviews. Most likely this is just searching for the right words.
