So, there's this movie..?

There's this movie about a girl who visits a friend, who's family was killed by someone? All I remember is that a part of the movie the main girl made a club with barbwire and attacks someone? It's been in my mind forever.. I think it's a thriller.. It's an old one too..

I'm sorry for the lack of info, but I'm really wanting to know..
