why khaki pants with blue,brown and black socks? no. stop right there! it doesn't match,how about regular pants or skinny jeans,or maybe even shorts will look better,then wear some sneakers and add your blue t-shirt.You can go with the black socks they won't even show anyway.

Eh. It's akward. Wear khakis if they are fitted with a boot cut bottom. Shoes don't matter I guess. Black shiny flats would be cute with a black tank top and an un-casual jacket.
