How bad does a tragus piercing hurt?

I dont think it would be too much. I have almost as much as you.

I have 2 lobe piercings, Cartilage on one ear, And double lower cartilage on one ear.

Oh, and I have both of my tragus' pierced.

Pain wasnt a really big issue, if you want it, go for it. If you have at least a moderate tolerance for pain, youll be just fine. When I got mine done, I figured it would hurt like hell, but it wasnt nearly as nearly as bad as I expected. Also, make sure the piercer measures your tragus before piercing.. Some people I know have had trouble out of theirs and the piercer did not measure it first.

I got mine pierced with diamond studs, but I should have gotten the hoop because the studs are pretty aggravating to clean and change.

I had my tragus pierced last week, on my right ear i have 2 piercings at the bottom and 2 cartilage ones at the top so i got my tragus done on the left side as i thought it would look too much & it only hurts abit more than a cartilage piercing i would say 3.. its after that it hurts more i slept on mine & it swelled so much even onto my face! had to sleep with an ice pop on it last night, so yeah just avoid sleeping on it & it will be fine :)

um its just long intense pressure and i would probably place it at like a 6. no worries though! it looks good so its totally worth it!

about a 4 maybe. you wont want a stud in it tho. rings are easier to clean
