Lost my iPod touch..restore purchased songs?

Okay, so here's the story:

The laptop I used for my itunes died quite some time ago, and I never bothered to get it fixed. I also never backed it up, like an idiot. I never used any other computer for my itunes account, so I figured I'd just by all my songs via the wifi itunes store in my iPod touch.

Recently, my iTouch was stolen. I logged onto my itunes account on my brother's computer and under "recent purchases" all of the songs I'd bought on the Itouch were listed. This is a big relief and I plan on getting that damn laptop fixed. Once I do that, will I be able to redownload my iPod touch songs directly to my PC Itunes account?

I know that when your PC crashes, Itunes customer services can redownload them for you. Since my iPod purchases were also recorded, can they do the same for me and post them back into my itunes?

THANKS!!!!!

THANKS!

if you cant just redownload them straight from that page, try just buying them again and itll tell you "you have already made this purchase" blah blah blah. and you get it again for free.

they can but you have to ask just the right way because I have had issues in the past like that and I had to lie and make up a really good explanation so they would do it and they did they also gave me a 5 song credit which as nice.

definite, you will lose each little thing. iTunes in basic terms syncs what it has: in the journey that your iPod does not have the media iTunes does, it is going to sync - even although, if it does have songs that iTunes does not, it is going to be wiped.
