Collingwood should win by about 5 goals, the only plus on the Eagles side is the game is played in WA.

Premiership players Alan Didak and Tyson Goldsack will again sit out, this time joined on the sidelines Luke Ball, Leigh Brown, Heath Shaw and new veteran recruit Chris Tarrant, who all played in last Friday night's win over Sydney.

Scott Pendlebury, Chris Dawes and Steele Sidebottom will all return to the side after being rested last week.

So you can see the Piesw have a few stars out, but have added a few too, like i said they should win.

The ONLY thing in West Coast's favour is the home ground advantage. Work out Collingwood's % for the NAB Cup. It is up near 250 (or was after 2 rounds). This should tell us that the Pies are a superior scoring and defending side. Add to that the fact that everyone knows they have a brilliant midfield and you can see where the confidence of their supporter's is coming from.

Prediction - Collingwood Magpies by 13 points

Before the bounce of the ball. each team has a 50/50 chance of victory. West Coast have many experienced players, so too Collingwood . What happens after the bounce will depend on how both teams, gain and use the ball. After 1/4 time last week Sydney were excellent against the Pies,in their tenacity and endevour to win the footy, and if the Eagles have learned something from the Swans effort, it could seriously be game on for the West Coast this weekend.

It's nab cup and anything can happen mate. What I would consider though is the fact they struggled for three quarters against a youthfull and unstructured Gold coast last time out. If they play like that against a Collingwood side that welcomes back three more premiership players this week, then this game could be over at quarter time. All the best but, Cheers

Well west coast has an unlikely chance of winning but might win so don't worry.

Watch collingwood games and see why they got the premiership last year!!!!!

You are factoring in that Collingwood might take the game easy, sorry mate, the reserve players of the 5-6 top clubs would beat sides like Brisbane, Richmond, even the Eagles.

The Eagles do look to have improved, but you must be realistic...Pies by 20 or more.

Yes, if they play to their potential. You can't tell me that a team can go from first to last in 3-4 years without at least a bit of bad luck/injuries.

No, definitely not. As he has already said before, Woosha doesn't give a damn about the pre-season cup. He just treats it as a warm-up, which it is.

I wouldn't be putting My Hard Earned on the Eagles. I believe the Woods are going to bring in quiet a few Regular Players for this Game so that ups the ante a little.

they'll win on the instant against the Blackhawks. they are going to be VERY aggressive at homestead, capitalizing on teamwork, hussle and out status play by using below rated Zet-guy (love that guy). yet likely Kane and the boys will win it in 7. Very classic journey up and interesting too. The Wings are enjoying reliable thinking the only squeaked into the playoffs. additionally shout out to Crosby on his hat trick, I picked OV as extra valuable yet perhaps he strongly disagrees and confirmed the worldwide he's the final final night.
