Divorce and property sale?
If property one resides in is under a third party's name (relative) will the property need to be sold in a divorce?

This is definately a question for a divorce lawyer you are not likely to get accurate advise on something so legal to do with divorce and property. Good luck.

It belongs to someone else! They can't be forced to sell their property because you two are getting divorced!
