I agree with 'Halo Mom'. We did the Disney land/cruise vacation twice, when our daughter was in grade school. We all enjoyed it very much. The cruise has a fantastic kids club, that our daughter loved. We started taking our daughter to WDW at age 4. It's the perfect age to start. If you can only choose to go to WDW or on the cruise though, I would choose WDW at this time. It would be very exciting for your daughter. Make sure to make dining reservations as soon as you can, since they fill up fast. The character meals at Chef Mickey's (Contemporary), Hollywood & Vine (Disney's Hollywood Studios), Crystal Palace (Magic Kingdom), & Akershus dining with the Princesses (Epcot's Norway) are a lot of fun with great food. Don't forget sunscreen & light jackets. We brought a light umbrella stroller with us, when our daughter was this age. There is a lot of walking. Although you could rent a carriage, it gets expensive & you have the hassle of having to get one at each park & can't take it to other places (such as Downtown Disney) with you. Have fun!

I would look at a land/cruise vacation
3 day cruise/four day park or 4 day cruise/3 day park
I think the 3 year old would like either, a combo might be what you are looking for
The cruise does a a place for the 3 year old to go and you and your husband will have a time by yourself
She would love playing, if she does not, just pick her up
If you go to the park, and if you stay at disney
Get up early, go to the parks when they first open, try the park with the extra hour
Have lunch, to back to the hotel for nap or pool or down time
Then go back, for children under 5, this work out very good
Disney is having a deal with meals free until Aug 13
If this is by her birthday, this will save money staying at disney

The Disney cruise is amazing! Personally, I wouldn't want to go to Alaska because of the cold, but I think there's a sale going on where kids sail free to Alaska. Next year I'm going to the Caribbean, I would defiantly go there! There's a family beach, an adult beach and a teen beach, but there's also a group that can take your kids with 2 counselors. They play age-appropriate games on the sand and water, and even go out to lunch at Cookie's beach shack. This is if you want to spend time alone when you dock and you final destination.
There's so much to do on Disney Cruise Line! Their newest ship is called the Disney Fantasy, but it's selling out fast. Personally, I would wait until she's five years old to go so she can enjoy it more. They have two pools, one is 2 feet deep and the other is 5 feet deep. The ship even has a place called flounder reef nursery where you can drop her off at if you want to after some family time. The counselors take amazing care or the little ones, and they're not bored at all.... To get the full effect, I recommend going to http://disneycruise.disney.go.com/planning-center/... and watching the videos. They really helped me a lot!

Both are amazing! I recommend contacting a travel agent that specializes in Disney destinations. They will ask the right questions to help you decide what is best for your family. We have used Custom Mouse Plans multiple times with great results! It is free to use a TA and they can often save you money. Ours has saved us money every trip. Once she saved us $500 on our booked package.

Well at her age and since she has never been before then Disney World. It's something she should experience :) . She'll absolutely love it!
There is something there for everyone (from babies to senior citizens!)
Have fun :)

I would definitely use a travel agent! We have also used Custom Mouse Plans thanks to recommendations on here and our agent was amazing. She knew so much about the parks and the cruise line. She planned the perfect vacation for my family.
