Undertaker.

Honestly Ric Flair. Hogan is basically an invalid and Taker has really gone downhill. Look at how bad Taker's matches with Kane were in 2010, flame me if you want. Flair has gone downhill but he still has it a bit and compensates for his diminished athleticism with in ring psychology.

Undertaker. He seems to be able to pull out a good match like twice a year. Then rest for the rest of the years.

Hogan couldn't pull out a good match in any year in the US.

I think Flair is past it. He deserves a rest.
