Some questions about work?

Hello everyone. I'd like to ask something about work in Japan.

I'm going to Japan soon with a businessman's visa for 3 month and I want to stay and work there. So I'm planning to find a work and ask my employer to make a one year visa for me.

But there are some problems.

1. I don't know how to find a work. I'm thinking about searching with the Internet some firms which may demand people with my skills and after arriving I'll go there with my resume. Also I'm trying to ask my Japanese friends if they know something about it. If there is a different yet better way, I'd like to know it.

2. I'm not allowed to work there with my businessman's visa. What should I do? Should I work illegally and after some time ask my employer about a new visa? Should I ask my employer to change my visa right after hiring me? Any ideas?

I'll be glad to hear any advice.

Update:

1. My visa is called "business visa" in my country. There is no mistake and this visa allows me to be there for three month.

2. I tried to say "should I work illegally for month(example) and ask employer for a new visa?". I think there are not many people who will make a visa for some unknown foreigner. I'm not intended to stay there 91 day or more if I don't be able to get a visa.

Fishy or not, it's not important. All what I need are some advices.

I've never heard of a three month businessman's visa. There's a work visa, which you need a college degree to get, and a job offer before you get there. Most all work visas are for one year.

Your visa status needs to be clear BEFORE you get there. If you work illegally, when you're caught, you would be arrested and then deported. They can keep you in jail for over two weeks without even charging you..Once you're deported, you're banned from the country for at least five years.

Sorry, your whole situation sounds fishy..

It does not matter how it's called in your country. It must be a Japanese visa. You have to know and tell us what it's called in Japan.

If you are from certain countries like US, you can stay in Japan for 90 days without a visa.

Basically, you can't work illegally in Japan. Most employers do not let you do, except for illegal business like drug smuggling.

If someone decided to hire you, they will arrange a working visa of Japan.

There's no such thing as a 3 month's businessman visa for Japan.

If you stay over your 90 day limit, then you are illegal. Stay 91 days and you can go to jail. If you need to change anything you to got to change it before your time is up.

    You are a troll.

You do not get a business visa unless you already have a letter proving you have been invited by a Japanese company. No exceptions.
