Do you need an advertizer for your your domain website at a very SMALL price . worth checking out?

Ok well this is my sad attempt to get my own domain website since i cannot get one since i don't own a credit card and am 17 lol... In return for me advertising your website all over the web and increasing your traffic along with your daily income from "adsense on google" for your Business website or whatever it may be. I will create blogs, set pop ups ETC... for your site. What i ask in return is someone creates a cheap 99 cent domain name for me and instintly hand me over the password along with the password for the email address that comes with it. While i understand your the one paying for it and could most likely turn it off at anytime if you so choose it would still be very appreciated and in return your TRAFFIC on your site should be increased
