Is it legal to share iTunes?
My friend asked me to put music on her new iPod. All my music was purchased from iTunes legally. Is it illegal for me to put her iPod into my computer and move my songs onto her iPod?
I had heard that you can sync up to 5 iPods to one iTunes, so that's why I thought it might be legal

Technically yes, that violates copyright law. Sharing music that way is the equivalent of downloading music for free. Morally, I don't see anything wrong with it...
The song you download is licensed to YOU. So you may sync several of YOUR iPods, not just five random people.

No in the event that they're downloading the music onto their structures you would be prosecuted for copyright distribution and checklist sharing they may be prosecuted for unlawful downloading of copyright aspects
